Hey there! I’m Justine Bate. I’m a Health & Fitness YouTuber and Blogger. Most importantly, I am a Health Coach.

It’s always been my passion to share my health & fitness journey with all the women out there and hopefully, encourage them to start their own.


My health & fitness journey is a roller coaster ride! I didn’t have a health coach, a mentor, or any person who could guide me.

Here’s a quick story: I used to think that losing weight is always the answer and that you should do tons of cardio. Because of this, I was very restrictive, I was really afraid of gaining weight, and calories were my mortal enemy.

Consuming few calories and having inadequate nutrition, I suffered from food intolerances, I was weak, and I fainted a lot.

It messed up both my MENTAL and PHYSICAL health. BADLY.

Suddenly (because of my love for Philosophy and books lol), I stumbled upon STOICISM and it has changed my life forever.

Stoicism teaches self-control, consciousness, and acceptance. It’s all about living how a normal human being should live and not going against it.

EAT, FEEL, MOVE, SOCIALIZE, and other BASIC HUMAN NEEDS

By having the Stoic mindset, I was able to repair my relationship with food and started eating healthily, moving my body regularly, managing my emotions, and creating habits that improve both my mental and physical health.

I thought, “THIS IS A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE”

Since then, my purpose of living changed FROM giving in to social pressure TO living healthily to reach my full potential and live my best life. 

And it is because I was able to live healthily by applying Stoicism in my life that brought this website, this project, this passion to life! 

To take a step further, I created The Stoic Wellness, a coaching program, to promote this ancient method of living to help women out there overcome a destructive mindset, bad relationships with food, and the fear of gaining weight.

I get to change my perspective, which changes my whole experience in living a healthy life. From caring about how I look to valuing health as it should be valued.
