I’ve had this song stuck in my head for days that I’ve created a workout routine to it!!!

I almost died after filming it for 5 times because I kept making mistakes, but these mistakes are probably the ones I didn’t regret making! If repeating the routine will make me stronger, I don’t mind, really.

I love working out to a song that I like. I don’t get tired easily!!!

Here are the moves I’ve combined:
1. Butt Kicks
2. Jump Squats
3. Side Lunges
4. Gecko Plank
5. Hip Twist
6. Flexed Butt Lift (L)
7. Shoulder Taps
8. Plank Walks
9. Flexed Butt Lift (R)
10. Tricep Dips
11. Plank
